WinePro 1.0 has been developed by Nessos Information Technologies S.A. in cooperation with enologists and wine-makers in order to automate the monitoring and inspection of the wine-making process. It is an integrated application which relies on a fully graphical user interface, designed to be used by all those who are involved in the procedures that are being executed during the wine-making process.
From raw material to the final product
WinePro 1.0 allows the correlation of raw material collection with the producer and the plot in which it has been grown, thus providing the application user the ability to know at every moment the producers that have provided the must or even the wine contained in a tank or barrel.
Monitoring of grape cultivation and collection
Using WinePro 1.0 the application user is able to monitor the producers’ plots and the processes that are being executed on them during the cultivation process. Moreover, it is possible to connect to and crosscheck data with the viticultural register, while raw material collection is getting registered and collection receipts are printed out automatically, thus simplifying transactions between the winery and the producer.
Production tracking and control
Identification and tracking of the final products is one of the fundamental requirements for the ISO 9001 certification and a legal obligation of HACCP. In order to insure complete tracking from the vine bunch to the wine bottle, WinePro 1.0 implements procedures for full control and thorough registration of tasks during the execution of complex processes such as must-making, wine-making, muck removal and transfusions.

- Automatic ranking using parameters defined, either with national tasting criteria or with those defined by the winery.

- Monitoring of the bottling process
WinePro 1.0 supports the bottling process through the production log. The A & B raw materials that are being used during the process are registered to the bottling log, making possible a direct cost accounting of every batch and the collection of quality control data gathered from the winery personnel.
Scheduling and control of the production process
Using WinePro 1.0, the application user is able to schedule tasks that have to be made to a tank and their execution time and duration, thus enabling him to form a winery task schedule for every tank and monitor its execution.
Historical data
All data that are being registered to the system concerning the current annual production or for previous ones can be viewed by the application user at all times.
